I see as if yukimiya hate is valid but dragged. He was reintroduced as a major villain to both Kaiser and isagi before manshine. But the reason why fans hate him is because he was overly jealous of isagi simply because isagi was being prioritized by the fans because of his feats during the U20 and so they want to see his evolution on a team with Kaiser and Noel noa. So why is yukimiya mad? Just like you said, time. Time is yukimiya downfall but it doesn’t have to be a reason. He has modeling as a backup as we see during his backstory and fans will point out he didn’t need to be so desperate. But to let go of the dream you’ve fought for is hard and Yuki realizes that. So he’s desperate to live in the light that isagi is presented, he wants to fight in the light isagi is being hyped and brought in by the fan service during fc barcha’s match. Yukis whole reason is to be recognized and play in the time he has left and he thinks being under isagi AND kaisers stage will just make him a shadow which is why he will make his decision before the manshine match to fight and reject both of their offers. Just to become like kunigami and lone striker who doesn’t understand that fight against your team will make you a target of isolation. Hopefully someone saw and read my Ted talk.

The biggest thing I truly dislike about Yukimiya is he can’t score alone, he’s always had someone to help even though he’s a “Street Dribbler” Bachira can score on his own, and create situations to score on his lonesome, but Yukimiya was not able to do anything near that, or even close. If he truly is number 5, which he isn’t anymore, even back in the U-20 match I’d at least love to see a Solo goal without an assist from someone else since he’s a dribbler.

The main problem of Yukimiya was the overhype the author gave him and the "change personality" was not that great at all : - At first he was this "street baller" like if it was football sala with a different type of dribbling , compare to Bachira that was an insane technical dribbling , Yukimiya one was an explosive dribbling that leaves you behind and then has a burst of speed , so like a 50/50 of Chigiri and Bachira - Nickname as the "1v1 emperor" that can beat anyone if its only against one defender , but turns out Rin figured him but it was "only Rin" who figure him out - During the U21 match , he did have small moments to shine but never have this "aura" like others did like Rin , Nagi , Barou , Bachira , Chigiri , Isagi and more - His hate started since the Neo Egoist League when he "self proclaim himself" as a rival to Isagi and looked down upon him. Thats when the readers kinda saw Yuki as a "fraud" that was only Top 5 because of Ego bias opinion because the in the Neo Egoist League other players are coming up on top of him - Anyways , personally for me he is a victim of the author. Yuki should have joined Barcha to improve his "street football style dribbling" and team up with both Otoya and Bachira but you know , the author ball knowledge is something else

This is the shit I've been saying since manshine Yuki's dribbling and shots are unique even compared to other speedsters and dribblers so he has value on the pitch especially compared other characters with the same tools like Otoya. On top of this it just feels like Yukimiya got benched simply because he doesn't have metavision even though he'd be a great overall player in terms of 1v1's and getting the ball up field. This might just be bias but I genuinely believe that he is better than half the characters that got to play on PxG (Kiyora, Kurona, Igaguri, Raichi) and that's purely based on stats not character writing.

Listen.... yukimiya isn't a bad character from writing perspective. Author wrote him like that because thats yuki's personality. Its meant to be him. He is a bad character in-universe by the principles and environment of blue lock. Other characters dealt with their struggles way better than yuki did. Best example? Kaiser. That's why kaiser is my fav because he is written so well. It feels like author put his A-game in writing kaiser. Not only that...the way kaiser bounces back was done in such an awesome manner. Meanwhile for yuki, author wants to show that people like him won't succeed much in real world. Monk is the worst character. I hope he gets thrown away.

Yuki was one of my fav charcters introduced in third selection and My reason for disliking him is the writing in the NEL, mainly him shit talking isagi for passing and saying he’d rather fail and stay benched for the coming games if he couldn’t score in the first one, that’s so stupid, as much as Isagi gets made fun of for passing to kunigami it was the right choice at the time and he left results. I get yuki being mad bc isagi said he’d be the best striker and then was worthless all barcha game until that pass but still he made the rational choice, yuki dumbass would have done a stupid shot, failed and then his career ends then and there. I think that’s the main reason people dislike him. To make things worse later in Ubers he has no drive to fight or score on his own apart from one scene of trying to steal isagi pass at the start, then he just agrees to help isagi score the rest of the game with no explanation or reasoning.

He is just a pathetic character as a whole. is whole world was crashing down, and there where 2 ways of going about it, you either evolve and break through like barou, or change his aproach and develop as a character, he did neither, he tried to go the barou route, but he didnt have the skills to pull it off and was served his dreams with sugar on top. he should have gone the isagi route aknogleing he is missing skills thus he must play smart and get rid of his pride and worries in order to get a goal. TLDR: instead of getting better thus archieving his goals, he just got handed what he wanted and felt like it was all him

Instead of Yuki seaming like this cool mix between chigiri and bachira he's just a kira that made past the two selections. I don't personally hate Yuki but yall need that he's comes off as" why not me " reo was in the same sitchation and if didn't change is mentality he would be just as hated now. Barou, nagi, bachira , niko and rin all had there lows but they dug themselves out of that dump, piss poor mentality and became better players by their OWN DETERMINATION. Yuki had to have isagi basically revive him and that comes off really bad. He's basically the failed version of reos character arc

Tldr1: isagi had a better showing in u 20 then Yuki Stats AND LOGIC increase your chances of playtime, by the first match isagi already had a clear and achievable goal through his own capabilities Igagiri is the most hated character in bluelock but he never undervalued someones hard work or capabilities/overvalued himself amongst hi own means. Even through his lowest times in the manga Every character has their Lowe's but they managed to dig themselves out of that situation which led them to evolve yuki c basically got pulled out his own ditch r by isagi Nigga never apologized for how came at isagi so mans didn't really learn anything
