it is a different situation. the endurance was spinning around it's docking port axis very fast, this is spinning around a different axis but slowly. it is still spinning lol

Yeah, with bon voyage, you need to edit the lat/lon after telling a craft to go to another craft. If you don't, bon voyage is happy to put the two crafts in the exact same location.
