I always enjoy your videos and appreciate your information. My skin has always been rather dry and now that I'm just over 70 I prefer to use liquid/cream blush, etc. I've also realized that it's more "sanitary" than using powder things that are repeatedly exposed to brushes, and not closed as tightly as creams/liquids.

Thanks for sharing - I often use cream products, and as you may have noticed, I actually applied a little Miracle Balm over the powder blush to give a dewy look. Regarding hygiene - did you know that you can in fact spray your powder eyeshadows and blush with alcohol? the alcohol does not remain, but it sterilises the makeup! Makeup artists do that all the time in between clients.

Gorgeous, it was fun getting ready with you, love the look and outfit especially those earrings and bracelet, hope you had a blast with the girls. Ohhh expreso martini looks lovely, I can't tolerate caffeine, mmm wonder if they do a decaf version but then that defeats the objective I guess, although I love my expresso coffee machine just use decaf beans for the polyphenols. Ps, do you rate the trinny London serums? Looking for a nice tinted serum, have a new one from a Company called 35 Thousand, designed by airline cabin crew hence the name, so many excellent reviews butttt to me it has an odd smell, pity as it's a bit pricey (UK) but not sure if I can cope with the smell, anyway enough waffle 😂😂❤❤❤

Hi Kerry-Lou! Two things: I'm always fascinated by how perfectly and efficiently you do your makeup. I wish I had the patience to learn. I felt tired just watching you pat in your foundation. 😅 As an ex- ballerina, I grew to dislike how makeup feels on my skin and have a diversion to it overall. It's a problem. As to the martini, I had my very first espresso martini in May while traveling in Florida. It was absolutely delicious 😋. Enjoy!!

Thanks! The sponge tapping is actually a very calming thing to do, it's damp, (not soggy) and it is hydrating my skin while blending. There are definitely times when I do my foundation super-quick. One of my close friends was a ballerina when she was young. She still likes makeup, (and can do her whole face in five minutes) but tells me stories about the intense training and discipline dancers go through 😮 Cheers!

The struggle with lashes is real! I had a man at a wedding pull a rogue strip off of one if my eyes, well after cocktail hour, and I asked him why he stopped there. He went about getting the other strip removed, tossed them both to the ground and kind of stomped on them. I thanked him but thought, "Those were reusable." Thank you for my featured role as "The Bride" in this video. As my mother told me on my wedding day, "Enjoy it. You'll never look this good again." 😁
