Hi kerry; milk is good 👍 to soak for the liver 😋 yet, you need to slice the liver thinner and fry (by counting to 30sec) and once the colour changed to light colour, scoop it up and fry the rest ingredients. Thereafter; pour the fried liver back and mixed well. Stir fry for 10sec and dish it out and serve. I saw the way you did was to, par-boil which, as a teochew we don't do that.
