todd, i did the recipie exactly as shown, but it didn't turn like yours, i mean the dough was not as thick, didn't look like a bread dough when i put it in the loaf pan!!!! More like a pancake mix!!!!

@@denisprieur7944 Sounds like a simple fix. Going by the mix consistency just add a little more flour to the mix. It can get annoying with so many eggs as they are not all the exact same size. But thats why its easy to fix up with more or less of your almond flour :)

That's exactly what this is, a sponge cake. It shouldn't be called bread, not even keto bread. I followed another keto bread recipe last Sunday that actually feels and is similar to real bread, but this recipe here is nothing like bread. Very disappointed, thought it looked amazing.

It may look appealing, though it isn't like bread at all. It's basically an almond, egg smelling cake that looks like a loaf of bread. I'm not saying you can't enjoy it, just don't expect this to feel or taste like real bread. Atleast not like French or Belgian style, real bread.
