That’s got to be good so I made the buns and a small loaf and it’s the best bread recipe and very versatile and depending what spices you use it’s delicious thank you for the video.

The first recipe with one egg makes a very good mug bread cooked about 45 seconds or a bit longer on high in a mug or ramekin I just had it for lunch.

This is the best bread substitute I’ve tried. Just used it to make a small pizza (instead of a bread roll). Turned out great in the air fryer. Very versatile. Thanks so much for sharing.

Very interesting recipe for Flaxseed bread. After one day eating two buns my blood sugar was down for the first time sorry second time this year it’s usually no lower than 6.5 or ore in the 7s but this time it was 5.2 after over eating at a party but no carbs as I’m HFLC diet.

Are there any differences between using golden flax and brown flax seeds for this Bread recipe. Bx

Not that I know of, I think it will just turn out a bit darker and more 'rustic' looking if you use brown flax/linseed :)

Yep! We've baked it on a pizza tray and even fried it in a frying pan :)

The predominant taste is the linseed and we don't think it tastes eggy. The recipe that tastes the most like 'bread' is the Megga: www.ketofitnessclub.com/blogs/breads/megga-bread although this is one of the few recipes that contains gluten.
