They look fabulous!!! I did something like this using the cereal when it first came out. I used the cinnamon cereal to make a crust for pumpkin pie and the chocolate cereal to make a chocolate Chiffon pie. Ohhh, I just thought the chocolate cereal with the Peanut butter collagen would be great together too!

Wow! Today I decided to make the matcha one without the crust. I did not have yogurt so I substituted sour cream. I tasted it warm and realized it was wonderful - then put it in the freezer because I couldn't wait for it to cool normally. Really good.

I have to give you a big thank you for indirectly guiding me toward what to do with my free can of PK Strawberry MCT oil powder. I have been trying to figure out a way to make kefir yogurt palatable. Hi Nili, I was able to get the oven directions by accessing the recipe on Perfect Keto via my PC instead of my iPad. All the pages were then available that way, and I got the 300 degree oven setting.
