I’ve been making ice cream with the heavy cream/almond milk combo with Swerve but I also use a couple of glugs of the Torani sugar-free French vanilla syrup. It makes wonderful vanilla ice cream!

Pretty much made butter whipping the cream that long, we used to when I was a child put heavy cream and salt in a mason jar and shake it until it separated and we had butter and whey

How is the taste of the peanut butter? I had one but it was SO dry and sticky, Justin’s I think. And I was limited on what I could get this last time and got smuckers natural and I don’t like it either. But I will try this peanut butter and I need added fat in my diet anyway!! Yay!!

My autisic child is litterally Mr Hyde vs Dr JekylI. If he gets any chocolate. It would be comical if it wasn't so extreme and unfair. I do wish we could do chocolate. I'm always looking for alternative flavors. Vanilla & Caramel seems to be the go to flavors. I use quest protien powder a bunch to gwt that caramel flavor but I hate how so many of his treats are high protein. I was thinking of maybe doing an orange cream using this recipe as a base so thank you for the food for thought!

Michele Diltz monkfruit is also diabetic friendly. It will not raise your blood sugar levels. But swerve is great too:)

Hi Nicole, I just have a quick question... Two cupsheavy whipping cream have 16 Total carbs, how did you come up with .5 Net carbs per serving? I tried this recipe and it's amazing but I feel like the net carbs count is off.
@tinamitchell52055 жыл бұрын
I would think because she made 6 bars your not eating 2 cups of whipping cream at once.
@za70405 жыл бұрын
@@tinamitchell5205 Hi, yes not all at once but each popsicle comes to 3 net carbs, (the 16 needs to be divided 6 ways). They are amazing by the way, they taste like fudgsicle!! However if somebody is counting carbs there's a difference between .5 and 3 net. ☺️

Sorry 😐 pushed send to soon. Anyway , she says whats her last name. I told her, she said thats my best friend Alanas “ Aunty”. We talked about Trey and Wayland. She has met you. Small world. I never comment, but thought this was odd! I too eat low Carb, have for almost 2 yrs. but I’m 61 and have a really hard time losing weight. But I stick with it because I’m off BP Meds and feel better.Thanks for your progress.

Please! One keto mom to another: teach your kids about good fats and no sugars! You "warn" about fat content a lot. Fat is good. Good for them and yiu to have!!! Great recipes. Thanks a bunch!
