Victoria, I just made this recipe. It turned out GREAT! Hubs said it's the best cake I've made so far! The taste reminds us both of ginger bread!! I made this today and we loved it. I added about 1/3 c of sour cream for richness and it was so good. Thank you and your daughter for our treat. 👍🎵❤️ I can see this in so many different ways too, a great base to get creative with nuts, different icing or a keto caramel sauce, etc. Yum!!!!!!

One of my favorite non keto goodies at Christmas time is Starbuck's Cranberry Bliss Bars. I have tried quite a few times to recreate it and I can get all the compoents right except the blonde which is very close to a shortbread but with a thin blonde texture. I will have to play with this but this might be an idea for the holidays for you :) . Nearly every part can have a keto sub

I love your recipes! I'm having a problem with my baking. The first time I made your blueberry muffins, cinnamon rolls, and bread. They turned out beautifully. They were fluffy, light and oh so delicious! However, since then, all of my baking has fallen within a minute of taking it out of the oven. What do I do?
