My Weight and BMI are good. I have a stubborn tummy. I am pre-diabetic, level 1 Fatty Liver, marginal cholesterol and serum creatinine. What I need is to control the health issues and reduce belly fat. Since I don’t want to reduce my weight (53 Kg), should I go on a middle path like 25% fat, 50% proteins and 25% carbs. Or should I stick to the diet you mentioned in the video. Thank you very much for your advice. 🙏💐
