as a female, aged around 30-40, I definitely lost weight on 1800. I lifted weights and I did do a ton of walking (pushing a stroller). It wasn't keto, but I did lose weight at a rate of 1/2 kilo a week for a very long time.

For starters, thank you for everything you do. Next, current macros at a 40% deficit: 1350 cal, 115 protein, 87 fat 25 carbs. I’m struggling keeping it fun with ideas at this temporary change from my usual 1750 calorie intake.

The Mexican Kangaroo Taco Bowl sounds intriguing. Kangaroos are pretty thin on the ground here in the USA so I might have to make it with something like opossum to keep that authentic marsupial taste.

I had an opossum living under my house a couple of weeks ago and the stench it gave off was horrendous. I don’t think I’d be eating any of those. Venison would be nice. One of my neighbors sometimes gives me some of that when he goes hunting.

Hi, love your videos so good to see an ausie and brands i know haha. i found ur channel just after a period where i was eating keto foods for a few months but not counting my carbs, was looking for somthing to help manage the carb intake and yours looks great. I want to try keto but i am just waery of starting sinec the only reason i need to do it is for skin tightning and i want to know that it will help, otherwise putting myself through the trouble of the hassel of ot all. was just wondering what you know about keto on the effects of skin tightning? its a really dificult thing to do keto when also cooking for ur family )toddler and partner) since they have diffrent meal reqirments

Total Calories 2,278 calories Total Carbs 30g Net Carbs 20g Protein 156g Fats 170 g thats what the calculator said but id like to go 1800cals

hi mate great video im 134kg type 2 diabetic i want to lose around 35kg of fat that i put on, ive never tried keto and ive been told its perfect for me but ive never really known how to go about it,these calories look spot on for me my only issue is i like to meal prep in advance and as you know in Australia the packaged greens dont really last long in the fridge and some even come wilted, any advice would be most appreciated

My friend, the recipes look great. However, I am completely confused about how much should I eat looking at your video. The chicken looks delicious, should I eat 5 pieces of chicken as you showed us or just one? The 5 pieces look like 2000 calories. Regarding the beef, I have no idea how much beef should I use it. It would be helpful if you told us how much should we use all the ingredients to prepare just for one person. Otherwise, it is useless. From your video, I was only clear about the scramble eggs.

While the recipies are good some of the ingredients are not in my reach in Trinidad, plus they may be costly

Replace with what you have available. You'll find that the principals are the same, no matter what specific ingredient you use.

Great, simple video, thanks so much. Do you have a meal plan for above 2000 calories? I know it's counter intuative but I'm trying to gain muscles and it's very tough to eat above 2000 on keto, I don't want to add carbs as I'm super sensitive to them now, also I'm a big male and lifting weight, probably need 2400 calorie a day... any advice?

@@lilithcumberbatch4593 I'm kinda did! I'm just sticking to keto for it's many benefits, tried to boost my intake as much as I could, although the caloric number didn't go up so much (1500-1600 at most) but to my surprise it didn't matter so much, I didn't lost muscle mass but also doesn't gain much, but my body is more chiseled now and not big which is perfectly fine by me. I guess for the lack of elevated insulin it's very hard to gain muscle but as long as you eat bunch of meat and enough protein and also working out (strength training) you won't lose muscle mass. It's my experience at least and I'm doing a hell of cardio as well
