It might be 2 years or so. I am back to keto. I fell off the waggon when I knew I wasn’t going on holiday due to COVID lol. Anyway I am back with you...not that I really left. I’ve decided I’m not going to be so strict. I WILL eat vegetables...just will try not to do really carby ones but if I want carrots or peas I will have them! They are not refined crap and I will still lose weight cuz I know this works! Thank you for your videos x Love your music still. Am doing industrial dancing and walking (once the snow clears - I had to buy crampons as I nearly fell over on ice in my walking boots last week). Like the look of that saag chicken! 😻

Take your cabbage and smack the stem end really hard on the counter; then you can pull the core out and just unwrap the leaves. No cutting.

Hi Neeru, I hate protein powder, I'm not a fan and I don't use it. I've only purchased it once in my life for a food challenge video and I'm still struggling to finish it, I think you can just look on amazon for lactose and gluten free protein powder and buy the one with the most number of ratings on it.

Sure that’s your personal choice. 100g of tomatoes had 2.7g net carbs so it doesn’t bother me. No one got fat eating tomatoes so I always recommend eating them.
