Hi Sahil. I started week 1 weighing 222 pounds on Sunday morning. On the Sunday before starting week 2, my weight was 216 pounds. I am now starting week 3 and my weight is at 211. Thank you for the step by step video, the recipes are easy and we really enjoy your sense of humor. 🤘 you are rocking it brother, keep up the great work.

Horns up! 🤘 I am thrilled about your plan. I’ve already lost 12.4lbs and about 4” around my waist. Friends are already commenting on my progress. Also, I have been surprised at a benefit of this new plan - my chronic pain (in my back) has subsided. I have degenerative disc disease in my back and have suffered horribly for several years. My wife and I are also doing Cryotherapy which also reduces inflammation. I didn’t realize that my diet was a major contributor to inflammation. I feel amazing! I have more energy and am able to rehearse with my band without pain. I feel like I have a whole new lease on life. Thank you! Now we’re off to the grocery store with my shopping list. You rock, my brother!

I’m on day 19 of my Headbanger Kitchen journey and I’m already down 14.8 lbs. Just by following his menu. Although I’m not hungry enough to eat all the meals each day. Usually I’m only eating twice a day, with some low carb snacks here and there. Plus, for breakfast I’m drinking “Bullet Proof Coffee” (Coffee with butter and MTC oil/Coconut oil and a teaspoon of Stevia.) I can’t believe it is this easy. The pounds and inches are just melting away. Plus about 80% of my back pain is gone.

@@TexasJackdaw + That's great. Of course, as with any diet/lifestyle change with weightloss as a bonus, I'm sure you already know that the majority of that weightloss so far is water weight. I say this not to discourage you at all, but because I think any weight loss is a big deal, especially the initial water weight, because that is water your body has been holding onto in all the wrong ways & all the wrong places. It adds pressure to critical areas, amplifying pain instead of buffering it. And I'm sure you know also, that with the water loss, your mineral stores get depleted, like potassium, magnesium, & sodium. My apologies if I'm stating the obvious to you. I found your comment motivational, & wanted to caution you, so that you stay motivated. Hope that makes sense....

@@IChooseJesus9091 Thanks for the info. My wife and I researched this whole Ket thing for several months before embarking on this new lifestyle. I dropped the water weight pretty quickly, then leveled out. Then began 16:8 intermittent fasting, now I’m down 15 lbs this morning in 19 days. We are adding supplements to compensate for the lost minerals. Magnesium and Potassium were much needed to help with cramping. I’m excited to see what all this Keto thing can do. So far, SO good! 🤘

Oh my goodness. This looks delicious. I’m on week one and enjoying that but I cant eat all this food! I do breakfast and dinner so I made the lunch and dinner and I alternate those for dinner. I lost some weight but really, I’m kinda in maintenance. I started keto last June and have reached my goal. These meals would have made everything much easier for me last year but I really appreciate them now. I do 2 weeks strict keto and then two weeks low carb....bumping my carbs a bit higher then in keto. It works great for maintenance.

The thing I love about keto too is that these are meals that I can cook for myself AND my family. I don't have to eat rabbit food while cooking them good eats.

Hi Sahil, Just received your book “Keto Life” today as a gift from my wonderful son. I must say it is my new favourite cookbook of all time. Love, love, love it and the photos make your mouth water and want to dive right in. Wish it had celcius conversions for the oven for us Aussies but overall it’s amazing. Thank you 🤘🏼

It's all in Celsius in the book since we use that in India. Oh wait turns out they changed it without telling me. So annoyed!

OMG Sahil, please tell me that's not true. I've ordered your cookbook having loved all your recipes & particularly use them because you do use Celsius like us in UK. Gutted to think the publishers have altered in favour of the American market (& no offence meant to our US cousins....but them and their bl##dy "cups"!!) LOL I cheer every time you say 'please buy a scale'. Thanks for all your hard work. Horns up

@@dawnpilbeam1308 not that I speak for all Americans, but that's annoying considering we're the only ones that use farenheit and cups from what I've seen online. They could have just added farenheit and keep Celsius like some cookbooks do. Edit: scales are great lol

Found a way to use my exercise bike...lol...watch your videos while using it and then it doesn't even feel like exercise. AWESOME! Thank you from my heart sharing these tips and recipes. Starting week 3 tomorrow, week 1 was easy lost about 6 pounds. Week 2 was a little harder eggs are getting boring and I needed something sweet I ate keto banana bread. But still lose 4 more pounds. Ready for week 3 no chicken YAY!! I love these recipes they are very simple and budget friendly.

Thank you Mr. Sahil we followed your meal plan with a little exercise.We had just finised the second week and so far I lose 8lbs.from (217lbs.) to now 209lbs.And my wife she started at 156lbs and she lose a total of 6lbs. It really work thank you very much.

I took down all the recipes and put them on a month long rotation but because my husband is not keto, I couldn’t, in good conscience, do each meal day for seven days straight. He was ok with putting all four meal days on a regular rotation and that worked out nicely. These are simple and delicious!

Your simple to make, and delicious recipes, have made sticking to keto easier, and super enjoyable. Thank you for pre cooking the mushrooms … I’ve had stuffed mushrooms in restaurants and they are always soggy because they aren’t cooked before stuffing.

I watched your first few beginner classes, in my mind I said hmmm not sure I would eat (Fill in the blank). Before you were even done, between spices and just a great ease of cooking I started saying "oh, I would eat that!" I knew I needed your cookbook. I cant wait for next week and Ive only just started on this one! lol 7 lb off as of yesterday from 5th. I can see my 'usual places' where I lose weight from first reducing already. I have my burgers ready in the fridge and the broccoli weighed for tomorrow night after a 12 hr shift. That will be a test. Not really craving anything but do feel a bit hungry on going to bed...but I tend to miss out the snack as Im not hungry then.

Remember it takes 1-2 months before your body adapts to burning fat. The first week water is wasted and that's the weight lost. If youre hungry at bedtime, eat more fat at supper but looks like youre doing well!! 👏👏

@@simplesmeerkat1665 how tall are you..male or female? Let me help. Making cheesy creamy casseroles may increase fat content but theres a limit too. If you send your info i can help find a range :) the first few weeks its important to train your body youre feeding it fats..then you can taper off a bit if fat loss is your goal. :)

Wow...it's so nice to see all the progress people are making...and how excited about life everyone is...I am not using H.B.s recipes for weight loss..I don't get on scales or count calories as I have a history of anorexia..I'm 57 and really want to do this for the health benefits..I have horrible arthritis...and am really hoping his recipes help...I'm really impressed with this man!! 7lbs week 1.5 lbs week 2. I lost 35 lbs before your meals from December to jan8. Love every single meal. Easy and delicious.

I just bought salmon for the first time tonight and didn't know what to make. Perfect timing for me. I've got asparagus and mushrooms too. I don't know if I can afford to eat this way every day but I definitely am going to as much as possible. Thanks for the recipes. Horns Up!

Sahil, I'm so glad and relieved that I've found your web site. I'm a beginner who needs to loose wait pronto! I suddenly have peripheral neuropathy and my weight is exacerbating this condition. I love your seasoning of the foods. You cook like I do and this makes me feel enthusiastic about going keto. I love your humor.
