@@jeneangerber195 hey. Yes it worked wonderfully. I put mine through a sieve to ensure it was smooth and I only had lemon zest in it.

Your medical list could be mine! PCOS was surgically treated years ago. Just started my keto journey and even though I'm successful, i.e. no more GERD and 10 lb wt loss in 30 days learning how to cook without carbs has been stressful! It will be grainy the next day depending on the sweetener used. Tyr liquid allulose. :)

@@mistythompson4961 I made it last night with just 4 yolks and it was delicious but I don’t think I whisked it long enough because I ended up with a lot of “pulp” in the strainer.

@@pameladecker6189 THANK YOU! I was comparing recipes this am. I was leaning toward just yolks. I'm at my moms and she doesn't have a zester so the other thing was to use a lemon peeler and process it with sugar. Many recipes dont actually sieve it but I am going to try and make a pie for hubby. He grew up w lemon ice box and trying find good swap for that. Were zesty today so starting preserved lemons too.
