I love love your chocolate pb bars ( which everyone requests to bring over when I come for a visit). I no doubt I will love these as well. In the bars you have protein powder which cuts the pb a little. I’m looking forward to the solid pb flavor with this!! It’s 8:30 pm in Tumwater Wa so early tomorrow I’m gonna whip some up!!! I bought some Monk fruit peanut butter powder and Ivan haven't used it but I think I'm going to try and use it for this I'm just wondering how it's going to turn out let me know if you guys have tried it it's lakanto no sugar added peanut butter powder sweetened with monk fruit let me know if you give me some hints on how to do this

I made these.. good but way too sweet. Second batch.. cut back to 1 cup sweetener.. still too sweet. Maybe 3rd times a charm..
