I just wanted to say I appreciate your honesty. You are both beautiful classy ladies that just tell it like it is.. Positive, upbeat yet not fake.. I have 60 plus pounds to loose. Been doing keto since the first of the year.. I've been watching my carbs pretty well.. And lost 10 lbs at 1st and have kind of stalled.. But I'm going to figure out what it's going to take. I plan to eat this way.. Probably for the rest of my life.. Shoo it's not if I lose weight.. But when!. I chew trident.. Thinking maybe I need to cut back.. Ive heard that you need to calculate 1/2 their sugars.. But wish me luck.. I'm 58 and am planning on doing some hiking and long distance trails, camping and being a nomad. Thinking that would be a good KZbin channel.. The Keto Kamper adventurer! Actuality at this time I don't have the confidence to be in front of the camera! Kudos to you gals! Btw.. Sharing my favorite new food. I melt a generous amount of butter on a hot skillet (or frying pan) and fry a low-carb tortilla until it's toasty and crispy. It's like a huge buttery cracker. And the bonus - it has a crunch! I love a crunch and there aren't too many few keto foods that have a crunch, only a few vegetables and nuts. I can think of a million ways to top this huge buttery cracker. I can turn it into avocado toast, top it with egg, melted cheese, or pizza toppings. I can turn it into a sweet by adding finely chopped nuts, SF maple syrup and SF powdered sweetener, cream cheese, strawberries and whipped cream, cinnamon toast, turn it into a pastry. The possibilities are endless. I'm surprised I haven't seen this online. I think this would be a great show for you guys to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so jealous of anyone that is at goal weight after losing 50 lbs... I started keto in 2019, all of my family lost tons of weight and I lost 70 lbs after 8 months. But then all of our weight loss stopped, even those of us still over 300 lbs. We made every adjustment we could and followed all the advice we could find, but couldn't lose weight anymore after trying for two more years. We took a break around... last October or November? I've gained all but 15 lbs back, which I knew I'd probably gain some back, but I tried reverse dieting while still being keto and even going up to 2600 calories a day I didn't gain anything... it's so weird how I'm not eating many calories, but just going off keto made the pounds pack right back on. My mom went back on keto a few weeks ago and her weight loss has been much slower, but she's been more dirty keto than we used to be... so we'll go back to super strict keto soon here.

i know this is on the fence of keto but chocolate drizzled berries. ingredients are chocolate shell, any kind of nuts (i like walnuts or almonds), and frozen berries of choice (i like blueberries). it is actually simple and easy. 1) get shell into microwave and microwave it on 30 seconds or warm but not too warm. 2) while heating the shell, get a bowl (a small bowl or a soap bowl). 3) get the frozen berries and put about a handful or 2 (depending on your diet restrictions) into the bowl. 4) get the hot but not too hot shell and cover the berries. 5) get a spoon and brake up the pieces from forming 1 big piece. 6) get less than a handful of nuts of choice and serve. takes about a couple of minutes (less than a commercial brake).

Lots of people can benefit from having some zero carb options in their pocket. Those are all delicious pork rinds for sure. Quality makes a difference. I forgot all about the cucumber and allulose. That was actually a nice treat last summer. Deviled eggs are great for any occasion. The problem is they feel so special I forget they're Keto so I forget to make them. Olives are a staple in my fridge. Lots of good options to try for zero carbs. Again, not unlimited but sometimes you want less carbs.

Hey, thanks for the video! I am a huge snacker and am always looking for something to eat that won't mess up my carb count. I ended up making my own beef & chicken jerky, and am going to try making salmon jerky next. Also love the pork rinds. I used to be able to get microwave pork rinds, but have not been able to find them in a while (but i will keep on looking). My other favorite snack is sugar free Jello fluff. Not no carb, but it is low carb (portion control y'all), and feels like you're eating something decadent. Take care.

Lowney’s microwave pork rinds--my sister in KY finds them at Kroger from time to time and brings them to Canada!

Thanks for all these snack ideas! If you can get them, freshly fried pork rinds (called "cracklins" here in Louisiana) are the absolute bomb! They're all over Cajun country, so maybe you can find them in Canada's Maritime Provinces where the Louisiana Cajuns came from originally?

Can make own shrimp dip with nosugar ketchup and horseradish, ideally freshly grated but can use the stuff out of the jar. Add a bit of hotsauce for Zing.

I love my coffee too. I have to have at least two cups in the morning and with warmer weather approaching I really enjoy cold brew black coffee over crushed ice with a little stevia. Eggs are always in my refrigerator. Thank you for the reminder on pickles. I love them alone or mixed in with my tuna or salad mix. You two are beautiful in this video and with your grey sweaters.

Sugar free jello, let it harden then in a bowl add heavy cream and whip it up with the jello, put back in fridge to set yum. The orange jello tastes like a Creamsicle.

Primal kitchen with horseradish and a bit of Worcestershire sauce works great for cocktail sauce. Add hot sauce and lemon to taste IF you can find Hellofagood horseradish it’s the absolute best!! I hope you try it. Great with shrimp or ant seafood you like

Can of sardines or tuna. Yum. Tuna also has nearly no fat, so it's a great appetite suppressant (for me, at least).

When I am in a fast, I will drink hot bone broth in place of eating. It is very satisfying, especially if the broth is spiced up with cayenne, garlic powder and pepper.

I made the same mistake when I ordered Lupini beans. I have no idea why I thought that they would be crispy. I thought about putting them in the Air Fryer to try to crisp them up some.
