Keto can be great for health and great for weight loss, just be sure to read all the ins and out and also be conscientious of yourself as you go along. Saying this because I went 15 daily carbs 0 sugar keto for around a year, no cheat days, and saw 80lbs lost with no exercise: but I was more depressed than I've ever been as a direct result of it. I had a near constant brain fog, I was always fixating on my next meal but at the same time thoroughly disgusted by food (I dont eat much meat to begin with so it became constant struggle to force myself to eat rather than just not eat), I basically lived on autopilot because the things I loved cooking and being creative with were gone and I didn't have the energy to do anything ever. Healthwise: I was doing great. Mental healthwise: I have gaps in my memory and that whole year is a bit of a blur. So if you do keto: be careful, know what you're getting into, know what vitamins to take and when, and honestly just best of luck. I was never an over eater or someone who ate a lot of sweets, after dropping keto I put all my weight right back on. For the effort though: im happier at this weight and unhappy with my body than I was basically unhappy with all aspects of existence (I couldnt even enjoy the weight I was at because of how bad my mental health got; it became just something to focus on and keep seeing go lower).

I guess when on keto you have to eliminate a lot of things, like dogs at the end of the video. Oh well, as long as once your dancing improves by 70% you had that at the end.

I’ve found that hard boiled eggs also go really well with the dill dip from the chip dip episode. I’m not on keto but I just needed to get this information out there.
