KETO STUFFED SALMON RECIPE
Ease of Preparation: Easy
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 40 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 Large Fresh Salmon Fillet
3 Ounces Fresh Spinach
4 Ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
2 TBSP Grass-Fed Butter
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
3 TBSP Olive Oil
2 Ounces Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Keto Salmon Instructions:
Sprinkle the Salmon with some Black Pepper and Himalayan Salt, and Drizzle with Olive Oil. Then Rub the Olive Oil into the Salmon gently. Repeat on both sides of the fish.
Cut the Salmon into fillets pieces that are about 3 inches in width, to allow enough room to cut a pocket for the filling.
Sliced the Salmon Fillets down the middle, about 3/4 of the way through but not all the way through.
In a Medium Frying Pan melt some Grass-Fed Butter, then add the Spinach and cook down until it is completely wilted.
Season the Spinach with some Black Pepper and Himalayan Salt, as well as some Minced Garlic.
Add the Softened Cream Cheese to the Spinach mix, and stir until melted.
Grate from Fresh Parmesan Cheese onto the mixture, and stir until melted.
Spoon the Spinach mixture into the cavities you cut earlier into the Salmon.
Heat up a Large Frying Pan with some Olive Oil and Grass-Fed Butter, and place the Stuffed Salmon Fillets onto the hot oil.
Cook on both sides for 6 minutes per side, or until you feel that the fish is fully cooked on each side. Cooking times will vary depending on many factors, especially the thickness of the fish.
Notes: If you prefer to bake the Salmon instead you can Bake it in the oven for about 15 Minutes at 375*F.
