Love this recipe Miss Sarah! I want to make it but not sure if I can control myself and eat only one serving at a time. I'm a southerner so pecans are my favorite. Your outfit looks so nice on you! I like this recipe. I will try it after my smokehouse almond failure. I have to use an air fryer, so I need to experiment a bit. I giggle every time you say "my nuts" or "your nuts" with a straight face. Yes, I am a child at 60.

No! Unfortunately, we both didn’t take starting measurements. We’ve discussed it in some of our keto conversations about things we wish we had done before starting. I know I did go from a 22/24 pants to a 6. I also am now at a healthy height-to-waist ratio ❣️

You need the egg white wash to assist the seasoning to coat.
