1 1/2 tbsp hot water
2 tsp coffee
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
250 gm mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup powdered sweetener

My recipe yielded around 15 truffles & macros per truffles are as shown below.

Net carbs: 1.4 gm
Protein:2.2 gm
Fat:10.7 gm
