This recipe was so simple, easy, quick, and delicious! Because there were very few steps, I decided to try almond extract because if it didn’t taste good, I could start all over again!! Wow!! I loved it!! Tomorrow, I will try my orange blossom extract. Another word to describe this recipe: versatile!!

How long do I whisk it for. I have that same electric whisk but I fear I might whisk and it may separate. Should 5 minutes be the max? Or did you do it more?

Switching out the swerve for monk fruit sugar should be fine. If you plan to store it for later use add a little xanthan gum. It will make it hold up a lot longer. However, if you plan to use it immediately the xanthan gum is not necessary. Thanks for watching!

Does it have to be a confectioners sweetener for it to work or can you use granulated?

You can make powder out of granular by grinding it up in a food processor or coffee bean grinder.

Impossible to have zero carbs in heavy/whipping cream. The absolute lowest net carb count for heavy/whipping cream is 0.4g per tbsp although they are labeled 0 carb on the carton. So your recipe actually has 6.6 net carbs in total as the lowest possible carb count. Trust me on this.. I've done countless hours of research for myself on this one ingredient alone. As the saying goes "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is".
