I was never real familiar with Indian clubs and mases. So I love how you've showed this, with the ability to transfer it to my kettlebell workouts. I enjoy the new ideas.

I tried the inside/ outside clean and pendulums. And also the alternating cleans from this video. I learned real quick how I am not grounded and rooted with my feet. And how difficult it can be to sit back on the opposite hip. I really liked it though and plan on working on this movement more. Thank you again.

What I'm really enjoying with the introduction of kettlebell to my workouts, is I can do something that feels like it should be an arm work out but I'll feel it in my legs, chest, core. I'm doing about 15-20minutes 3x a week as I build up to 5 days a week and after that 15-20m I feel like I've been going for an hour.

@@MarkWildman I've noticed that when you catch the kettlebell, most of the time your wrist isn't in direct contact with the handle of the kettlebell, that third point of contact that you always talk about, and there's actually a little space between your wrist and the handle. Is that ok, as long as your wrist is straight? Because that happens to me all the time.

My biceps and shoulders fatigue pretty fast, is that indicative of improper technique, or is that a weakness issue?
@MarkWildman

could be both. you might not be straightening your arm all the way. any flexion during the bottom portion of the swing is gonna toast you real fast

Going off your flat foot video, can you explain a bit and maybe give examples about the A,B,C movements you would use? I understand the math behind the video but don't know which movements to utilize. Got plenty of time to learn, review, and implement. Sprained my right ankle 5 years ago, its very collapsed, and i'm trying to fix it. Thanks, Mark

@@MarkWildman Hey Mark, I’m going off info from your ‘is 10 min of Kettlebelling enough Nerd Math’ and ‘Flat Feet’ videos. Would a decent program look something like this “program A, single arm CB swing (mills) 50R/50L (idk what a timeframe or rest cycle would look like). Program B, Clean and press, 50R/50L (time/rest, idk). Finally, program C, desk squat or some sort of lower extremities movement, 100reps. 3 days on, 1 day off, rep. Could/would it be 10 reps, rest until min is up, 10 reps, rest, etc until over? Would KB swings be included anywhere? Is that not enough work? I’ve been taking notes and trying to piece together as much info as possible. Thank you.

Nope. You should have lots of clean and press training under your belt before you try these or a very light bell

Hi Wildman, you are always saying in your videos that people never get injured lifting but they do get injured putting things down. How about a whole video on the proper way to put a kettlebell down. You can do it for each type of kettlebell move. I find putting a kettlebell down is not as easy as it seems. You need to sort of decelerate before you can land it and I find that the deceleration is not something you just do without thinking.
