Hi Ron, I've been doing your warm up video, total body and then finishing on the cool down. I now want to include the core work out. Would you recommend doing this before the total body or afterwards? Thank You!

Hi Ron. I ended up doing the Warm Up, Total Body Workout, Core Workout then finishing on the Cooldown. Worked great! I recommend it to anyone wanting to do a 30-40 minute workout! Really built up a sweat! Cheers!

Good day! You can do this three to four times a week and eventually work up to working out 6 days a week! You can repeat the video a few times for more of a challenge! Listen to your body and adjust accordingly as your get better with your fitness levels! Good luck! Cheers!

Great workout! I have a question and a request. You mention in this video (and a few others) that people at home can do more reps as needed as one follows along with a workout. Speaking as someone who likes to follow along in real time so I don’t lose place or technique: 1. Do you have a a workout video like this one where you do all the extra reps so it ends up as a longer full workout max rep video? And for a request: if you don’t (because I couldn’t find one) could you make a few few longer workout videos? 😁 If you do have some, can you point me to them because I can’t seem to find them. Thanks so much!
