By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Awesome chichi just touching base again, , run planned for tomorrow and maybe dust my rowing machine off , another two 3video workouts and half way through the week, with a loss of 2.2bls (1kg) yes starting to get my mojo back, its hot here today at 28' so really sweaty, feeling sick still but felt a little easier 😅😅, still feel quite lethargic but feel different in clothes already ? X

Hi chichi n team, been a while since I commented, last time was to tell you i had lost 5 stone in 5 months and smashed tough mudder uk, in the last 12 having changed jobs so less time to workout i have put 12kg back on and I desperately need motivation as i have lost my mojo and sliding again, today i did my old workout of agility 1&2 and abs with you, now i feel sick 🤢, please send some words of encouragement, I know i will get my first finess back somehow! Missed you guys x

Hi just curious what brand KB are you using and what is the weight of the light blue and yellow. I'm guessing the blue is 12 K ? Many thanks !
