Thank you so much! This video REALLY helped me! I did kettlebell swings with bad form because I thought they were simple and that you can't do anything wrong.. Well.. I had lower back pain for a couple of days. It felt very bad 😐 Now I know how to do them properly and don't feel it in my lower back anymore👍

What bout when u squat down and you switch hands while you swing with light kettlebells is that safe for lower back
