Danke an euch beide.

Dear Mr. YT-Alg, please consider this channel as one of the really good kettlebell channels with real trainers and passion. Good work guys. It's my first workout since many days, because of the heat in our area. But today, there are only 24 degrees in the morning 😎, cu

Done ! I really like your workouts :D I had difficulties to practise the get up with good form at th end. My shoulder was too tired and i started to lose stability. Maybe it would be better to start with the TGU because practising it tired can be dangerous.

I so want to try this type of workout. I don’t have a kettle bell. Can I do this with dumbbells? If yes what workout should I start with? Thanks.

Can I do a different kettlebell workout everyday, or do I need rest days. I love kettlebells.

Ask your body ;), one day rest between the sessions is not a bad thing. Muscles grow in the resting phase

I recently found you and subscribed to your channel. As a trainer myself, i love the structure of your workouts and I find your information very useful. However, in this workout the "squat get up" doesnt look right and I would not recommend this to my clients or attempt to do it myself! I would just stick to your regular "get up". For the rest, very good!!! Another thing that I have noticed, most of your workouts finish with the usual Swing EMOM, any chance of doing something different?? Anyway all that said, you guys are really good!!!

Lebe Stark, I can't believe you call yourself a trainer! That is not how you do a swing, or kettle bell snatch......you are showing potentially dangerous moves to people, you are hurting your joints and rotator cuffs, hips knees etc. This is terrible, and you will cause injuries to people, by the way the girl next to you has great form and she is doing these exercises correctly, you should learn from her! I am a fitness coach and glad your not my trainer

Hey Anita. We follow the „kettlebell sport“ style in our ballistic exercises; they‘re all safe. The girl next to me is my partner Angie and she applies the same training method as well. Thanks for sharing! - Gregory

Anita, I have to correct you because I learned my technique through him. We follow the same technique and type of training, which is why you can't say anything here. If you have a problem with him as a person, that's something else that I can't understand either. And we have a lot of customers who take their pain away with our training. I think there is nothing more to discuss.💜🦄
