Been following for a minute but this was my first workout to do with you. Killer sesh, really had to push through those snatches. Used a 28kg bell for first two rounds but moved down to 24kg for 3/4 to maintain integrity. 40kg for finisher. Coming at you from Los Angeles CA. Much love.

Dear champs i do your wourkouts I have 10 and 12 kg KB at home and i m ok with these weights do you have any advise by the way i m from Tehran/Iran and 50 yr old but i do workout and exercis form school thanks for every thing 🙏🙏🙏

Depends on your goals Alexandre. In many cases, we advise to sticking to the fundamentals if proper programming has been applied. - Gregory
