@@cristinakrause4506 - Have you tried restarting your iPad? - Is your projector on the right input? - Is your iPad software up to date (this makes a huge difference to make sure your lightning adapter works. After doing some research, the Elegiant projector only has a resolution of 800*480 pixels and may not be supported by the iPad app that you're using. It's a very low resolution.

Use an appletv Connected to the projektor using an hdmi cable then you can use the feature screen mirroring. The iPad and appletv needs to be on the same local wifi network.

Hi There, good questions. You certainly can connect the power cable to the adapter if you wish. In our experience, most iPads are capable of going 4-10 hours on a single charge so plugging into power isn't totally necessary unless you have a really long presentation. My first guess would be that it's a bad HDMI cable, assuming that you're already using the Apple adapter. If you're using a third party adapter, that's the first problem in our experience.

We have been doing a videos at church, with IPad . We have an older Viewsonic projector. It went well until a month ago. When we couldn’t connect to projector. We ordered a new projector thinking it’s about 10 years old. The new projector wouldn’t connect with IPad either. We watched your video & ordered a new Apple adapter. Again no connection. This system worked well, as I can download video with no interuptions. We can connect with old projector & laptop. What are we doing wrong?

To view your presenter notes during a presentation, you must be showing your presentation on a connected display. The notes appear only on your device, so only you can see them. You can also view presenter notes when you rehearse your presentation. Tap PLAY, then tap the SECOND DISPLAY ICON (Looks like two screens). Tap “Current and Notes” or “Next and Notes.” Do any of the following to change how the presenter notes look: Change the size of the font: Tap [BIG A] to make the font larger, or tap [SMALL A] to make it smaller. Invert the text and background colors: Turn on Invert Colors to show white text on a black background or vice versa (other text colors aren’t affected). Tap the slide to advance to the next build or slide. To add or edit presenter notes while you play your presentation, double-tap the presenter notes area. To return to the slide, tap Done.

Some projectors have wifi, but if you’re wanting to stream youtube to your projector (for example), you would need your iPad to have wifi and then send the video over HDMI to your projector

Hello Jordan. I have an Ipad 6th Gen which connects up fine to my Apeman LC650 projector. I have connected to a bluetooth sound bar, but it keeps pausing the film (netflix). I can't say for certain without seeing your entire setup. But Netflix works fine with my iPad, HDMI Cable, and Apple Adapter. Commonly it's an HDCP issue which the Apple Adapter or different HDMI cable would solve.

Yes, audio will come out of the speaker's on the Projector by default. Audio is passed from the iPad to the Projector through the HDMI cable. If you wish to use external speakers, you can plug them into the audio output on the projector.

Does your projector have a volume control? Does your projector have a speaker? If you're using the Apple Adapter, sound will send from your iPad by default - but some projectors don't have speakers or volume control.

Mate it is 2021 we want mobility, We want to mirror image an iPad Pro or iPhone though wireless not be tethered to a projector. With all due respect what you just showed there as cutting edge 2020 tech I was doing with a Apple G4 and Epson via VGA back in 2002. Dude the idea of being tethered to a projector is gone, and projector companies either need to recognise the change and step up or go under.

Hmmm, if only the world would keep up, eh? I wanted mobility too, pass the iPad around my student class, etc. IT support geeks refused to install the software because there were ‘issues’. So, it stayed as VGA with a bog-standard lead, a projector that hiccuped from frame to frame. Students trying to see the dropdown menus in the music software. I was ashamed. 2002? Oh well, yeah.
