The obstacles he had to clear (Ike.......) to get to this point are quite something, yet he still made the MCU a truly legendary feat through assembling and conducting such a awesome entourage.

Kevin Feige is the true fanboy, and truly cares about these stories and characters, making a universe as big as the actual comics, with characters close to accurate to their comicbook counterparts and only making changes when necessary. As if it improves the characters and story. That is why to me Kevin Feige isn't just some hack like many people through they would be or certain people still believe him to be, but a man who's loves and cares about these characters, stories and this world he created. Not to mention he is much more consistent and does a better job as a producer of the mcu, making unknown characters like Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, etc. iconic. Unlike Kathleen Kennedy or whoever ran Fox of the time of Tim Story Fantastic Four whom are just a bunch of corporate greedy hacks, who doesn't understand the characters.

They have to somehow exceed the audience expectations and without the charisma of RDJ, Chris Evans and Scarlett J. I think they have a lot of great stories to tell though.

This actually makes me inspired to be an ACTUAL Feige (but also being my own person) for DC cuz whatever tf their doing is shit. All of it (hopefully not The Batman, and Snydercut). They barely have an actual cohesive movie universe, and in my opinion a shit show (CW) universe and they ALREADY want to shoehorn the multiverse. Honestly it makes me sad.
