Here are the sleep tech products I use, what I recommend others try, and how much it all cost.
It was only after tracking my sleep that I learned the importance of sleep quality optimization, and that’s why I’ve obsessed over controlling so many elements, like light, temperature, and noise. Over the years, I’ve continued to optimize my sleep through various products and processes. And this hasn’t come cheap.
But I’ve realized that sleep is something worth investing in. Sleep contributes to my health, happiness, and performance. If I don’t get a good sleep, I have a bad day. If I don’t get quality sleep for multiple days in a row, every aspect of my life is impacted.

Kevin your Oura ring might be loose throughout the night which leads to the data gaps. When you're using a mattress cooler or sleeping in colder temperature room, our fingers will tend to shrivel up or you'll feel your ring is looser in colder temps. I wore the Oura ring on my middle finger as well but at night time I sometimes swap it over to my forefinger which is slightly thicker.

Hope you rec’d benefits in some form from cos esp HD and ES for video. Humidifiers helps in cold climates. Offsets dry furnace heat. Whole house for home and good room ones
