Kevin Hill I grew up in Cumberland heights I snuck down to that bridge and climbed it several times at night believe it or not the top is covered in a slime type algae. Very cool seeing you do this.

I use Gamblin Clear Gel Medium mixed with Titanium White, which I apply to the sky area only. It helps the colors blend easier. The rest of the canvas is dry. Here is a link to the oil paint that I use: paintwithkevin.com/oil-paint.html
