My beef stew is more like a combination of vegie soup and beef strew in Japanese version (meaning my style). My American wife and all of my American friends love it so much! It's like how Kevin makes only except I use one can of chicken stock, two cans of tomato soup (or one can of tomato soup and one can of Tomato sauce). Put almost the same stuffs Kevin uses in a large pot and cook 2-4 hours in low heat . It's a heavenly dish...looks like soup with full of beef and vegies in it.
