There's one thing you didn't cover. What if the audio file is not part of the video file, but something you add separately to it and need to make adjustments/edits at various sections of it.

Here's a quick reminder so that you don't make the same mistake I did, to import videos into DaVinci make sure they're in the .mp4 format. So if you're using OBS make sure to set the recording format to .mp4. I spent a full 2 hours trying to figure out why my videos wouldn't import

I've got to say I've tried DaVinci Resolve several times with no luck. It's so overwhelming. But after watching your video I feel I could give it a new and fresh try. Just make sure that you have a PC that can run it, I have an i7 3.7Ghz and 16GB Ram and there is still some waiting, but once it's loaded it's more stable than Premier Pro IMO, happy editing.

Thanks! I’ve done much of my filming and all of my editing on my iPhone since I started my channel. One thing I will mention for anyone using apple products, you CANNOT just drag videos from your photos folder. The best way to be able to edit iPhone video in Davinci on a Mac is to airdrop the videos to the Mac, keep them in a folder outside of your photos folders, and then you can drag them in like normal. It took me over an hour to figure that one out lol.

Amazing video and special thanks for the footages! Another tip for beginners: the first shortcut I wanted to change was the ripple set in/out (ctrl + shift + [/]). In the keyboard menu (ctrl + alt + k) it is located in Trim/Ripple. Hope this helps!
