The thing about Chinglish is most of the time the naming is nonsense, sometimes it makes sense but then once in while you'll get these golden nuggets that are so good that it only could of been made up from mistranslation. "Violence Truck" no doubt is one of them, love it 😂

Thanks to you my 8yr old son asked me to buy him a RC monster truck so he can go "Bashing" so I bought him a ( dirt cheap ! ) Xinlehong Toys 9115 for only £21.50 and he loves it. He takes it bashing at his local skate park and bashes it just like you do and it jumps/flies pretty well considering it was so cheap. I didn't know what bashing was until he showed me your videos. Only problem now is I'm his new mechanic when it breaks and it has done a few times, but I might even get a bigger one for myself and try bashing them up with him because it looks like fun.

Hello old boy, I just recently got into the rc hobby world, just less than 1 year ago. I've found myself now with 19 rc speedboats. I almost drown recovering my Zoopa Thunder 800 from a flip over. That was my initiation to rc speedboats. I've lost 2 of my boats to alligator attacks. Swallowed whole by 16 ft+ gators. Who knew. Anyway, I started getting into rc cars and trucks now. I now have 16 rc cars and trucks. One of my first truggys is the "VRX Cobra RH818" I found the car to enjoyable, but with the cheap grade China esc at 60 amps. I was surprised, it didn't burn up on you. Mine failed less than 2 weeks. I was rather disappointed by the outcome. I found installing a 150 amp esc, the car takes it pretty well. A lot more action for sure. The only problem, I've found with VRX models is availability of parts. AliExpress appears to be your best bet for parts. Unfortunately, you got that big pond called the Pacific Ocean, which means. "Hurry up and wait" I've also found the vendors used on eBay are a hit and miss. When you order parts from abroad. China. They make everything practically. Great for them, but bad for the rest of the world. I know they don't like negative feedback. That's for sure. I assumed they didn't enjoy my version of freedom of speech. Actually had a China based company hack into my phone and attempted to exploit me. It's pretty sad, I feel, that as a consumer, that a vendor would do that. It's a long story, but a big coincidence that my phone got hacked at 10:04 pm and less than a hour. I would receive a full refund. I enjoy your videos. It's not as boring and dry like the others. That Kevin Talbot guy pretty good too, but your personality stands out more. I find you more entertaining. It must be nice to be able to do something you really enjoy and make a living doing it. I call it passion. The biggest joy I get from my rcs is making them all my own. Attention to detail. I took my VRX Cobra to HobbyTown USA for parts. The store clerk stated, "Dude, that's the most detailed rc car, I've ever seen in the 25 years me doing this, very impressive." All my rcs are detailed to the max. It's part of my OCD. It's what makes me stand out from the others. Helion name brand rc parts are universal for the VRX models. I also purchased the VRX RH1045 Octane XL. Another nice product from VRX, China. The 1st time using it. The rear plastic driveshaft attached to the differential snapped within the 1st 5 minutes using it. Once, I replaced it with a metal upgrade. No more issues. Imagine that dude. Common sense goes a long way and it's free old boy. I've come to the conclusion that VRX stands for Variable Repair "X" the stands for that product type. Keep up the good work old chap and keep on RCing. It's good to see someone who shares the same "PASSION" I do and enjoys it as much as I do. I appreciate your efforts sir and from Athens, GA. There is a lot of toe on this model. I bet there is a 10% mph increase with a good tie rod adjustment.

@@HowtosVideos its the in ward or outward angle of the tire looking top down. This is what prematurely wears out your tires and hurts your top speed the most. when improperly tuned. It creates an artificial slip angle for maximum turn in handling.

Look up river hobby’s and then click the rh818 cobra and then standard parts and it brings up a full parts list with part numbers. All of which can be bought on eBay or similar, pretty cheap too

Kevin : Jumps the vrx 3 times 6 meters up in the air, nothing happens. me : hit slightly with front bumper, chassis damaged, front piece of plastic chassis damaged, front differential case upper side damaged , front transmision rod bended. fixed: lands over chassis after a 2 meters hight jump, esc just stop working and burn after a while. am i witched?

Hi I have a cobra and have been using it for about a year now and have been modifying it so far and have put a hobbywing max10 brushless system, upgraded oil shocks and have got it to 4s and have only broken a few little plastic bits and it’s a great basher. I think you made the right choice. Notice how Kev did no flips or hard bashing at all. One upside down harsh landing and them towers are toast. Outcast and Arrma wayyyyy better then this. Save your money and buy a known brand you can get parts for right away or immediately from a local shop

Wow, I just bought a used one of these with some damage to it that I’ve repaired. I’m just waiting on a new battery as the one they sent with it was split and I don’t mess around with faulty or damaged lipos! Mine is only for a bit of fun and it’ll only get driven around a smooth concrete car park, so eventually I’ll put on some new tyres and get a new body, and you’re correct about the size, I bought a 1/8 body and it’s way bigger, but my 1/10 body is a little bit too small. I thought it would have been faster than 34mph to be honest, but I’m not the most experienced driver and 70kph is still fast enough to do some damage!

Hi Kevin. I have been watching you fun channel for a month or two and its really got me into rc cars . In the few months I have purchased wltoys 959 ,wltoys 14001 , xinlehong 9115 , xinlehong 9125 and a arrma big rock that I'm still waiting for. This is all your fault lol I have turned in to an rc addict 🤪 what I want to no is will this cobra give me my rc fix ?? . I bought the big rock before I'm skilled enough to drive it really (it seemed a good idea after a few Jack dees) and dont want to destroy it improving my driving skills. The cobra is cheap at the min so I won't mind smashing it up as I improve my skills . Will the cobra stand up to a few bad landing?.

I just changed the chassis and shock plates to carbon, and every other part that I could be change to alloy has been. As well as metal diff gears. It’s one awesome machine that’s no longer a cheap RC. The upgraded shocks are heaps better! Just need to change the pinion and I’m laughing😂!
