Based on the fact that I used to read a lot and dig into the history to get a better understanding of various movements and information from older crips throughout the city, we hold onto articles and documents that support facts. Now is sleuth is a good thing or bad thing? 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣 This does NOT mean the article is accurate as it pertains to the streets but it surely does support the LAPD gang information. That means someone, or a group of people, put that section on their radar in or before 1972. In fact, there are a couple more articles that also mention the 43’s Acey Ducey, Harlems, Brims, etc in 1972 as well.

Thats how it evolved over time into Alliances....These Alliances took about a decade to from & solidify...... All Gangsters dont have common enemies or friends. Ever gang has their own local beefs and friends that have nothing to do with outside gangs. Most Gangsters get along with NH East Coast Crips.....all the Gangsters in WLA PBG/MGC/MFG 3x....all the Gangsters 3x sets in SGV....42-43-48-87-97 Gangsters get along with NH ECC and push HK......83 Gansgters get along with NH ECC.... GC Car can never move as one as long as half get along with Hoovers and the other half get along with East Coast....Some get along with Both... There appears to be multiple arguments from multiple people so it would be hard to label the confusion without the individuals in disagreement explaining it to you. I know I seen a comment saying no way 43 was before 53, and I seen comments saying no way 43 predates A-Line. I remember before this debate many have stated Avalon Gardens and Avalon was not connected. These are two early East side sets in the same proximity and have a lot of time invested in their crippin’.

You’re right plenty of people are “admitted gang members”, but keep in mind there’s graffiti on the walls, tattoos, and victims that will tell. They have cops designated for gangs so they’ll figure it out by dress style, colors, hang out spots, and when you get caught with that pistol. It ain’t hard to figure it out.
