I'm. Beginner and 55 yrs old..thanks for the video. I don't know exactly which exercise is actually I should focus on. I've lost lots of muscle mass. So I have started doing streching exercises. I'm literally emotional watching this. I have been so incredibly intimidated and insecure about going to the gym. I'm a mom of 3 and I'm in desperate need to get stronger being that I'm feeling so weak after just a few minutes playing with my kids. Today I felt so defeated because I have no idea how to operate alot of machines let alone structure a workout plan. I show up to the gym, but have no idea what I'm doing. This video made it all come together and make me feel 1000% confident that I can do this! Thank you so very much!!!

We support you! A tip I learned is that some of the machines have QR codes on them. If you point your phone's camera app it should open a link that shows a video of how the machine works and what to do. May vary on location and if they setup the stickers or not.

I'm 27, going to just lose some belly fat by getting my pudgy self onto a treadmill and it's scary. I've never been to a gym and am worried about all the "what ifs". I gotta just do it though and rip off that anxiety bandaid once and for all. It does help knowing to wear flexible clothing, comfy shoes, kinda view what the gym may look like before I go later today for the first time.

I'm 27 years old, 230 pounds and I'm getting pudgy. I got no one to blame but myself. I ate a bad diet but now I'm ready to change that. Signed up to Planet Fitness today and am going for the first time after work today. It doesn't help I work from home from a desk so I don't move around during work hours. Ready to make that change! No excuses

I’m 26 and 340 lbs. I’m pretty tall but still very overweight. My wife and I have begun going to the gym lately but mostly done cardio workouts; the machines scare me because I have anxiety about how to use them and not wanting to look like an idiot reading the machine. Either way though, good luck on your health journey… I’m excited about mine.

I’m so glad someone finally talks about the importance of Nutrition! The person who originally said “You are what you eat” was a genius!! I lost 120 pounds (half of me) just by eating clean & healthy: no alcohol, fast foods or processed foods, no canned foods; the way our great grandparents probably ate; the way God crated us to consume food. Very Simple.😊 I lost half my weight (240 to 120) just by what I ate or didn’t eat & lots of water to flush out the waste. Now I’m at the gym every other day to build muscle & stamina. I’ve started back up at the gym after a few years break following my son’s birth. Feel like a beginner again so turned to KZbin for help as I can’t rely on just running for 30 min anymore. Anyway, love the video, simple and well edited as people have pointed out. Also like how it’s clearly filmed in a commercial gym but you’ve gone to the trouble of doing it when no one is around, seeing so many videos shaming people recently so well done you.
