the key to strategy is the alignment component - without alignment, it isn't a strategy just an academic statement - alignment let's you realise the strategy and means you market the thing you are building to the people you want to address and have a price that is attractive to those people. Don't have alignment...you try to sell something you aren't building, to people that don't want it at a price they are not interested in.

Ant, thanks for the great content👍 It would be helpful for aspiring PMs if you could create a follow-up 'master class' video with a dummy product strategy. Such a video could showcase the thought process, decision-making, and strategic considerations involved in crafting a product strategy.
