I love chia pudding, but I have texture issues, so I normally blend until smooth. So good!! I'm surprised the Lime juice disjt make the milk curdle. I normally use non dairy milk. I'll have to try this one.

yesssss blending it is key if ya don't love the texture!!! I was worried initially but didn't have it curdle at all! You definitely gotta try it friend, and then let me know whatcha think🫶🏽

Mmm it tastes cream cheesy yes…I’m not really sure how to answer your question, I’m sorry🙈 you can taste the cream cheese bits/chunks but it’s not like a cheesy vibe, more of a cream cheesy vibe😂
