Why is ASA telling me there is no update function on the Jensen In-command system on our 2017 Montana? I do not have the model number on hand

This is by far the worst thing for any RV. #1 the update for tank levels is slow and misleading. If it says 1/4 you had better get fuel or water because you are just about out. #2 no alarms for tank levels. #3 the app always needs to reconnect and enter your password. #4 boot up can only be done when turning on the batteries. If you turn off the display by holding the power button and then shutting down you must turn off the batteries and turn them back on again to reboot the head unit. #5 the voltage meter is about useless. Did I say there is no alarms you can set. #6 a non configurable display. You can not just have up items like volts and levels. They should be the main items but NOooo. They are small and basically junk. You would think for the money they would at least give you a half decent volt meter. Instead they give you a little line. Save your money and get good old fashioned gauges and a Victron volt meter.

Bought our first Keystone RV. Haven't had it three months and the fridge quit, and in command HVAC has failed. Contacted all local Keystone repair facilities only to find out there is a 5 month backlog in warranty repair. Will never recommend a Keystone product to anyone.

Just paid $2000.00 for a new in command system because mine was 3 years old the display screen broke that’s all that was wrong however they don’t make the screen anymore said keystone pays them to make a new one every couple years and drop the old one so people have to pay to get the newer ones. Junk system that doesn’t last 2nd time replacing it.

In Command system SUCKS! Every time you want to turn on a light, or adjust the A/C, or put your awning out, you have to pull out your phone, turn OFF your normal wifi, connnect to the In Command wifi, start the app, fiddle around with menus, and IF it works, do your thing or you walk to the panel and do the same. The time it takes you do all that, you could just turn on a light switch. What happens when this "computer" dies or fails? Can't do a damn thing! We have one of these stupid panels in our new 5th wheel, a KZ brand. I'll be installing switches to bypass this glorified tablet.
