3 set means 20 20 three time karneka kya. Ye three exercise ghumne vale exercise ke teen part apne bataye hai uske two part vale exercise key saat aaj bataye Valle exercise kar sakte kya. Maye khaney ke 25 minute baad wale exercise roj rat ko karte ho sahe time hai kya. Muze essay fayada lag raha hai.
