It is lovely to see Manuel cook with passion but I think the video has been cut. What happened to the Maria cookies and where did the cream come from he put in the glass before adding the "infusion". I also miss the caramel topping?

Hmmm.. He didn't add any cornstarch to thicken it!!!

He used cream, so cornflour is not necessary if you use cream.
