I never tire of hearing Khatia play. There are many pianists out there and most of them are excellent, but with Khatia it's not just that she is excellent, but that she is the music herself. She respects the composer and the listener.

by the way : a wonderful effect is, to listen just before this amazing impromptu, the sonata-fragment D 571 (completed by Alwin Bär, performed by himself) in f sharp minor, ... -> This combination gives e -so to say - a marvellous "enharmonic diptychon"
