Your millet khichdi is such a delicious twist on comfort food! The combination of moong, masoor, and toor dal with millets creates such a rich texture and flavour. When I tried your recipe, I added a spoonful of ghee and a dash of roasted cumin at the end-it really elevated the taste! 😋😋😋

To make it healthy along with taste, only one millet is advised. It works as a medicine if taken in sufficient amount . Adding many millets will be a treat to the tongue but not to our health. Please refer to padmasri Mr. Khader Wali suggestions.
