Two lots that are always packed!! This is a bad idea. Parking already is ridiculous in Hawaii, getting a stall with outrageous parking meter costs it still like winning the lottery because that's how limited parking is. Hawaii never ever makes things easier for its residents, all they care about is greed and gluttony.

If parking will kill your business, your business ain’t that good. People park far and walk to all kinds of things they love enough to make that kinda effort. I travel a lot and in many popping cities like San Diego, Portland, Seattle, NYC there is almost zero parking for blocks in the restaurant and shopping areas. People happily walk a few blocks for Gas Lamp, or DT NYC eats and shops. I watched Bryce film this as I parked in the Muni yesterday 😂
