This is made with Lamb chunks with the leg bone. there's no chilli in it, the dried lemon is added to the stew, not soaked separately....all of these things make for a completely different tasting dish. You make it look so simple as well, this takes me hours to prepare and cook....hours😂🌺

What a beautifully designed video! Thanks! This is a different version as I've always had it with beef stew or lamb. But I'm definitely going to try yours. BTW Persian spice is "all spice" in English.

interesting... lived in Iran for 15 years, never once ate this dish (gheimeh) with ground beef. I've never even heard of anyone using ground beef. This dish more than 90% of the time is made with small chunks of beef (beef for stew) or lamb
