He has already made many explicit sermons about LGBTQ+ in the past, so no subtext needed even. The people who see this video as "Yasir clearing his name" maybe should look at their own hearts and how they turned on a fellow honorable and sincere Muslim for doing his best. Imho, the content creators that I've seen farming YQ for KZbin clicks are impatient, extremely judgemental, arrogant, and unreasonable drama mongering types. If we judge by actions, their entire careers together have not amounted to the value of the single Seerah playlist on YQ's channel. The idea that anyone needs them or their followers is laughable I think. Quality over quantity, always! Alhamdulillah, Allah (swt) caused these obnoxious types to be overshadowed by the good work of a good man and inshallah this will continue through the future.

Now this is indeed stunning and brave 😁 may Allah preserve the Shaykh. The “live and let live” strategy of some Muslim leaders have proven to be naive and wrong (with the benefit of hindsight), as our liberal “allies” have proven themselves to be just as tyrannical and destructive as the conservative Islamophobes, albeit in different ways. As a pragmatist, Sheikh Yasir should have seen the writing on the wall long ago and addressed the insidious cancers that are threatening to destroy our communities from the inside. It’s refreshing to see someone speak about this. Our prophet used to pray for people and give gentle advice, never slander them. Making hour long videos just so you can get views and clout. There’s no ‘husn Al dhun’, it’s just picking clips out of context and ignoring all the good they’ve done in their life. It’s such a shame that some Muslims do this today instead of utilizing their position for something better. If one exposes people and thinks badly of them, Allah will do the same to them on the day of judgement so we should focus on ourselves and not others faults.

Mashallah, much needed lecture. May Allah protect us all. My sister is transgender/non-binary (I'm a convert to islam, my family is atheist). She came home from camping with friends one day and the next day sat my mom down and said: "I'm a boy." She cut off her hair immediately and changed her clothes and chose a new name. They turned her down for surgery and hormones the first time (she has ASS also and has been mentally instable as long as I can remember). She switched back to female once (because her girlfriend liked her feminine side more) and then back to male when they broke up,but with a different name. No one can keep up anymore... this time she got approved for surgery and hormones and she removed her breasts. Then somehow she didn't continue. She has a girlfriend, the girlfriend also became transgender and removed her breasts. Recently I heard they have a child now, from a sperm donor and my sister carried the child . She has always hated children so I have no clue what has gotten into her.. now they don't want more biological kids, because she doesn't like babies so now they consider becoming a foster family 🤯 She now identifies as "non-binary" and will literally scold my mom when she says 'she' and it should be 'he' or something. Alhamdulillah I went no contact years ago as I don't want her anywhere close to my kids. My kids don't know she exists and hopefully they never find out. May Allah protect our future generations.

I once heard someone say that one of the hallmarks of a cult is that it causes you to break away from your loved ones in order to serve it. Islam is the opposite, as it encourages strong family, friend, and societal bonds, and to maintain good relations as much as you can. You've went the right way alhamdulillah, and your sister has sadly been overtaken by an anti-human, anti-fitra (natural) cult...may Allah guide her while she still has something left to save. It's a monumental tragedy how many people have destroyed themselves because of this evil.
