🤙👍🙏✌🤜 Thank for watching dude! Tuesday! I'm finishing up the last video of the build series right now. I might reschedule the rest to be consecutive Tues, Thursday until it's finished so you don't need to wait 3 more weeks. Doesn't look like I'll be doing much running anyway with the current weather. I've been reserving Thursdays for running videos.

15:05 a small sheet op paper in between the gears if best for that
@RevolutionX3 жыл бұрын
Yes, a lot of people do the paper method. Just do whatever you are comfortable with. I've done enough to know if the mesh is good with the way I do it.

@@RevolutionX 3:50. the manual shows 2 screws in the parts needed, but only shows where one goes. and at 3:50 in your video the second screw disappears after the fade
@RevolutionX2 жыл бұрын
@@edcphotography8838 Ooooh ok. Yeah typo in manual if I remember correctly! Only 1 screw needed in that step.

At 9:50 you're supposed to stick that hexagon to the spur and use it as a slippery clutch. Instead you greased it?
@RevolutionX2 жыл бұрын
Yes I know that's what I'm doing. I think my using the grease may have confused you. I was using it as an "adhesive" to hold it in place to keep the slipper pad from coming out of the hexagon while I tighten it down. I just used a tiny bit to make it sticky enough to stay in the hexagon while tightening it down. Hope that clarifies what I was doing. I wasn't greasing the side of the slipper pad that goes against the slipper plate.

I've decided to use an analog switch to control the dig. It's much easier then adjusting a 3 position for it.

Hi , I need advice. When I screw on the transmission cover after cleaning, the gears seems to be stuck when I loosen the. Cover. The gears are moving well. What could be the issue? It was installed back exactly at it was.
@RevolutionX9 ай бұрын
Don't overtighten the cover. Tighten it enough just to close. The cover is just there to keep as much dust out as possible and doesn't really hold the gears if I remember correctly. (I don't have it in front of me right now)

Did you put grease on the little clutch disc looking things? What is the reason for that? I just got my Capra finished up First kit ive ever built. Just curious if that is something important that i did not do lol
@RevolutionX5 жыл бұрын
Are you talking about the slipper pads? It's just a little trick I used to keep the slipper pads in place so that I can mount the spur gear on without the slipper pads moving out of position. I just dab a little grease so that the slipper pad sticks in place on the spur. Use very little though. You can use the same trick on the pins for the wheel hexes on other kits. For this kit it uses a set screw so there isn't an issue, but on other kits where it's just a pin going through the axle, you can use grease to temporarily hold it in place.

REVolutionX RC ahh. Okay i was thinking that. I had a lot of fun building mine up until it got to installing the esc and running wires. Had everything perfect and my esc mounted on the little back part of the battery tray Then once i went to mount the “body on the drive train the tranny was in the way My motor mesh was a little too tight so pulling it apart now and did what you did with yours 👌

@@BryanAdamsNotTheSinger Awesome! It's great that you chose the kit and built it rather than the RTR! That's why my channel started! Get people building!

Can I set the dig so it can give me rear free wheel, dig, and 4 wheel drive? My flysky channel 4 can be set to turn servo left center or right.
@RevolutionX3 жыл бұрын
You know, I don't remember if there is any leeway for you to have free wheel. I'll have to check it out the next time I work on my Capra.

Can you use the 3 positions on the dig using any 3ch radio? I'm asking cause I have a flysky gt3c radio I use on all my RC's but have never used the 3rd Chanel for anything yet.
@RevolutionX4 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can. For the flysky gt3c, you'll have to set the neutral and endpoints on the 3-position switch.

@RevolutionX4 жыл бұрын
I'm not familiar with that radio, but a quick search for an online manual shows that there is a ch3. dial. You can use that to control your dig servo on ch3.
