Praise the Lord Dear brothers and sisters, today when I was reading the bible, I understood how our prophets and Jesus Christ prayed. Sharing it with you all. Bible teaches us how to pray - it shows us how all the prophets prayed It is mentioned in the holy scripture of bible: And Abraham fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying (Genesis17:3) Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel (Numbers14:5) And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship (Joshua 5:14) Bible also mentioned how Jesus Christ prayed in the garden of Gethsemane: And he (Jesus Christ) went a little further and fell on his face and prayed (Matthew 26:39) I have seen how Muslims pray in the mosque: they fall on their face three times while praying. We believe that bible is the word of God. And, our prophets and Jesus Christ showed us how to pray. But do, we Christians, follow the bible - follow Jesus Christ? Please think.
