I got a GT and the I pedal works but......well it's not that important usually to someone who wants 576hp and would accept the 220 mile range for sport reasons. The #3 Setting slows the car pretty fast when off accel pedal but I leave mine in #2 regen generally. I really like the AWD Ev6 models as my 1st one was a Wind AWD.

Different markets different options. My UK Air has I pedal, ambient lighting but not wireless charger.

Thanks for the quick review Chris, had my GT Line RWD on order for a year now...looking forward to it but still no delivery date and they're still not sure when !

Chris - regarding the Regen, I’m not sure about the Air but other EGMP cars need to be taken out of Auto (hold right paddle) before you can use left paddle to put into iPedal.

Thanks for the suggestion but it definitely wasn't it - I even consulted the instruction manual (shocking I know!). Right paddle decreases regen to become more ICE car like, and the left paddle increases it. On the GT-line and IONIQ 5, I was able to shift it 4 or 5 times to shift to i-pedal mode, but this wouldn't budge. Frustrating!

@@chrisvanderstock Okay. I’m not sure about the EV6 Air but I know my GV60 has two ‘Modes’ of regen. There is a set mode where you can set anywhere from 0-3 then iPedal using the paddle shifts. If you pull and hold the right paddle for a few seconds it switches to Auto mode. In Auto there is no iPedal, and you can only set the minimum regen applied using the paddles, and the car will use extra regen above that if it senses a car ahead etc. Once you come to a crawl you can stop by holding the left paddle each time. Holding the right paddle for a few seconds in Auto will return to the other regen mode where iPedal is available again by increasing regen using left paddle selections. The manual doesn’t explain it all very well and it took me a little bit of playing to fully understand the settings.

Hi Chris, it would be great if you could mention the ethical rating or eco features of the different cars reviewed too like, this car has less cobalt as the batteries are LFP which is also longer lasting if u like charging to full with less thermal runaway risks too….
