Got the part early evening and ready to take on the challenge this morning! Heading to a secure driveway to park and dissemble! I hope that Mr. Murphy does NOT show up to assist! 🤣

@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos , took me about an hour in all. Toughest part was removing the ball joint. Used the Jack trick on the rotor assembly and slowly persuaded it loose with a 36” crowbar! Assembly went easier than expected too! Thankful for your video! Now she’s running smooth and safe again!

My cv axel came out though when the ball joint of the wishbone dropped down, i thought i was screwed, but i found out i can just pop it back in, I ended up putting a castle nut on the ball joint bolt because my nut was stripped, do you think I'll be okay? It went on just fine...

@@stjennings9571 it will likely be alright but it should have some kind of locking device. The old nut was probably a nylock, castle nut should really have a split pin or an R clip through it, but it’s unlikely to come off

@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos I appreciate it buddy, last thing... I didnt pop the cv axel back it very strong just kind of placed it back up in there where its aligned with the splines, hopefully it snapped back in the clip but if it didn't I hope I'm not in any trouble

@@stjennings9571 as long as it’s all the way in it should be fine. They don’t go in that hard, it’s the suspension arms that hold it in place by not giving it enough room to escape
